Nutrition articles - what a find!
Heed the body's signals - So I just read this article - and it makes soooo much sense. Especially to someone (me) who has practically given up listening to her body's hunger signals, because it seems she is always hungry! Maybe the eating dinner while catching up on Internet forum threads or studying and then discovering I'm stuffed, only to crash from low blood-sugar 2 hours later is not the best way to be eating.
I was especially intrigued by the information that a study found that women's needs can vary by as much as 400 calories a day, depending on where they are in their menstrual cycle. Is that why I am always starving all day long when I am on my period?
