Lose weight with Medifast!
The Daily Telegraph | Snooze and lose weight - I think this article is about useless for most of us. I get between 7 1/2 and 8 1/2 hours of sleep every night. I lost weight after my boy was born even though I wasn't sleeping then -- what those moms need to do is breast-feed.
